Attempted severance of hand.
In addition, the following injuries have been ascertained:
Stab in thorax caused by dagger, axe blow to cranium,
a shot obviously fired at close range and penetrating cranium and trunk,
and two shots through the arm.

Guilt [Perpetrator] confessed.
